All classes will consist of 6-week sessions with a 2-week break in between.  

Classes will focus on energy flow, breathe, Kemetic poses, sequences, and postures utilized to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance focusing on women ascending into the change of life. Bring a yoga mat and water. Sound healing will also be incorporated during meditation. Classes are 75 minutes in length.

Classes taught by Senior Certified International Kemetic Yoga Instructor, CYT- 200, Maticia Sudah.
