This rate is for verified community service events for: Military, Teachers or Non-profit agency events. We will reach out to you via email to request documentation.
Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking. A $25 overage fee will be charged after the 5 minute grace period after your event.
Event Guidelines
As a reminder, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our event guidelines:
Respectful Use: We create a welcoming and positive environment. Please be mindful of noise levels and maintain a respectful atmosphere for our staff and other guests.
Clean Space: We take pride in our space. Please help us keep it clean by disposing of trash properly and leaving the room as you found it.
Equipment Assistance: We offer tables and chairs for use. However, for safety reasons, please request our team's assistance for setting up and moving any furniture or equipment stored behind the curtain.
Mindful Music: If your event is during operational hours, we appreciate your consideration of our store's atmosphere. Please keep music volumes moderate to avoid disruption.
Burning Herbs: As a spiritual wellness center, we understand the use of herbs for cleansing. If you choose to do so, please ensure all ash residue is completely cleaned up, and kindly bring your own supplies for this purpose.
Timeliness: Out of consideration of the bookings scheduled in the space after you and for our staff, we kindly ask that you are out of the space when your booking time is over.
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Your first hour of booking is held as a deposit.
Full Refund: Cancellations made 3 weeks or more in advance for longer events (multiple hours) or within 24 hours of booking for shorter events (1 hour) will receive a full refund, including the holding deposit.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the event date of the event, all reserved hours outside of the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event will receive a 50% refund of the reserved hours. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
Damages: Please note that you will be held liable for any damages to the event space or its contents.
